The first Avia City office building will be completed in autumn 2023. The new modern building has seven floors, six of which will be office spaces. In addition to offices, lobby services and a lunch restaurant are planned for the ground floor. The top floor will have a terrace and meeting rooms for tenants to use. The basic floors of the Avia Base 7-storey office building can be easily divided between 1–4 users. Several floors can also be easily integrated for the needs of a single user. Shared sauna and meeting rooms will be implemented on the top floor of the office building. In addition to office spaces, meeting and café spaces can be located on the first floor. Storage or even classified special spaces can be located in the basement.
Parking spaces are located in the parking facility in the yard of the property.
